Raheem Barclay

Raheem Barclay, the salutatorian of the Class of 2026, has been awarded The Gates Scholarship! The Gates Scholarship is a highly selective, last-dollar scholarship for outstanding high school seniors. Each year, the scholarship is awarded to exceptional student leaders, with the intent of helping them realize their maximum potential.  This scholarship is awarded to 300 students across the nation each year. Ideal candidates have an outstanding academic record, demonstrated leadership ability, and exceptional personal success skills.

Scholars will receive funding for the full cost of attendance that is not already covered by other financial aid and the Student Aid Index, as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The cost of attendance includes tuition, fees, books, housing and food, and may include additional personal costs.

Congratulations, Raheem! Raheem will attend Princeton University in the fall and major in Architecture and Civil Engineering.
